Providing Hypnosis for Extraordinary Results!

I practice as a hypnotist along with teaching yoga because I enjoy helping people make healthy changes in their lives. Both the mind and the heart are engaged in a good hypnosis session. Change, true change, is always both mental and emotional. Hypnosis along with other practices I offer allow me to serve in a very practical and important manner.

Most problems are rooted in our thought patterns. People are programmed and run on automatic pilot. When we experience problems we either function from a “lower self” mindset or a “higher self” mindset. Problems are part of life and you can’t change that; but you can change the ineffective and destructive way you think and react to problems when they occur.

As a person who is seeking truth, you learn very quickly that your job is often to get out of the way and allow the Spirit to use you as a tool or vessel so that others’ lives may be influenced for the good.

As a hypnotist, I believe hypnosis is a tool individuals use to improve their lives. I am simply the vessel through which people experience the amazing power of hypnosis. Every day I am amazed when my clients stop smoking, lose weight, and find relief from stress and other problems.

Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique in which clinicians make suggestions to individuals to relax them and focus their minds. If someone does not wish to be hypnotized, they will not be hypnotized.

Because hypnosis allows people to use more of their potential, learning self-hypnosis is the ultimate act of self-control.

Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain.
